This policy covers the website 7touch.systems. Each product in the line has its own domain and its own privacy policy, which applies when you use that product.

Data you send us

When you write to us — by email or through a form — we receive what you choose to include: usually your name, email address, company and the content of your message.

Technical data

When you visit the site, the server records technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, the pages requested and the referring address. With your consent, analytics tools collect similar usage data as described in the Cookie Policy.

• Answering your enquiry and discussing a partnership — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence, Art. 6(1)(f).
• Operating and securing the website — our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).
• Analytics and marketing measurement — your consent, Art. 6(1)(a), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Meeting legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules — Art. 6(1)(c).

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal effects on you.

We keep personal data only as long as the purpose requires, or as long as the law obliges us to:

• Correspondence and enquiries: 3 years after the last contact. If the conversation leads to a contract, the data moves to that contract's retention.
• Server logs: 90 days.
• Accounting and tax records: 10 years, as Slovak law requires.
• Analytical and marketing cookies: for the periods listed in the Cookie Policy, and only if you consented.

When the period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised. Backup copies are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that help us run this website and our correspondence, each bound by a data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR:

• Web hosting — stores and serves the site and its server logs.
• Email service — delivers and stores the messages you send to info@7touch.systems.
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) — only if you accept analytical cookies.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel) — only if you accept marketing cookies.

We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.

Google and Meta may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
